Therefore establishment of MET Ukraine is highly important for MET Group as it will add significant value on the entire group level. Furthermore we are strongly convinced that MET Ukraine would significantly add to the security of supply and development of the Ukrainian natural gas market.
MET Ukraine LLC is a 100% subsidiary of the Switzerland based MET Sales & Trading Holding AG which in turn is 100% owned by MET Holding AG, one of the leading commodity traders in the CEE region.
MET Ukraine LLC was established in 2016 in order to represent MET Group’s strategy in Ukraine in terms of natural gas, electricity, oil and oil products. The primary activity of the company is customer specified supply of natural gas to both wholesale as well as retail segments of the Ukrainian market.
The activities of MET Ukraine LLC shall be carried out in compliance with Ukrainian legislation.
